With Shawnee Golf Course, First Tee – Louisville is hosting a 13U PGA Jr. League team to compete against other Louisville Metro courses. To register go to pgajrleague.com or you can email our Director of Golf at [email protected] for more information. This is May – July 2023.
George “GG” Johnson Scholarship Scramble
This scramble is a celebration of our First Tee – Louisville participants! People can purchase scramble teams of three and we assign a participant in our programming class sessions to join the team as the fourth player. We also announce our scholarship recipients of the year at this event. Scholarship recipients are graduating youth participants in programming that were chosen by staff.

Women in Golf Day presented by Addie and Baylor Kirchgessner Foundation
This event is a celebration of the women who work in the golf industry. Golf is a game that can be played for life and we want to highlight the women who have made the game their career and why they chose to do so. There is games, food, and a Q&A with different women connected to golf. Registration will be coming soon!

First Tee – Louisville Cup
This is an end-of-the-year Ryder Cup style event we host to congratulate our model First Tee participants in programming for that year. We choose four participants from each location that represent what it means to be a Game Changer! Each team is captained by a coach from their location.
